Just wondered if anyone had heard any rumours!
Debbie
Of course, they have denied it.
Perhaps they will promote Mike Gregory ?

Typical of Saints to go for someone who is not likely to be available to
them or indeed any other British club as Mr. Hanley appears to be moving
to Oz on a permanent basis (according to RL Express).
Saints won't go for big Mal on cost grounds as the coach's salary counts
towards the salary cap, hence Wigan's difficulty in retaining John Monie
for next season with enough decent players to keep them at the top.
There are rumoured to be plenty of coaches interested in the Saints job
but not many names seem to be leaking out yet. Perhaps its because there
really isn't any great hurry to appoint McRae's successor as McRae won't
be leaving until the end of the season.
I don't think Saints will go for a British coach now having been knocked
back by John Kear and with Ellerey and Mal Reilly out of reach. I think
they'll pick up one of the loose Australian coaches left over when the
mergers are sorted out down under.

Still the same its got loads of This is a multi part message in Mime
format stuff that is usually associated with HTML formatted posts. As
your posts are not as far as I can see multi part messages then why does
this show in everyone of your posts. Plus all that stuff at the end
about content type etc... Or is it just my newsreader cos I haven't seen
anyone else complain.

If you use Outlook express you can add yourself to your address book and create
such a card for yourself. Perhaps other software allows you to do the same.
Outlook express will then, if you tell it, attach the vcf file to your outgoing
messages both email and usenet.
I use Forte agent as my news reader but I also have outlook express installed
on my machine so I guess that is why there is an application associated with
files of vcf format and I can view the attachment as intended.
Agent stuffs the attachment in its data area and I can either look at it by
launching the attachment within agent or double clicking the saved vcf file.
I have received emails of several people with vcf files attached which is fine
by me but I don't think its a good idea to be posting to usenet with such
attachments as it just wastes bandwidth.
