Promising Leeds youngster leaves to pursue his career with another club.

Yes I am talking about Nick Fozzard.

I watched this kid play amateur rugby and he was a knockout, I said
to our kid that the guy would go on to play for his country.

Big, strong, aggressive and not a bad rugby player to boot.

Prop forwards usually come of age at around 25 yet this guy was busting
tackles when he was 17!!!

How can Bell justify keeping an animal like McDermott (and lets be
quite honest here, McD is one high shot away from killing somebody) when
he has a player of Fozzard's potential in the squad?

Things changing at Leeds?

On this evidence I would say not.

Mugwump.

P.S. If anybody is looking for a decent *** I would suggest they
pop down to Headingley and pick up Mick Shaw - you can probably get
him for a tenner.

couldn't get a first team spot though and therefore I can't blame him
for leaving. Apparently he decided to leave Leeds and then told the
management rather than the other way round.

As for Mick Shaw I agree 100%. Someone should get a great bargain. Bell
does have a knack of allowing good ***s to leave, James Lowes is the
best example. I'm just hoping that Terry Newton doesn't become 'surplus
to requirements'.
