Hello,

All you Super League fans out there have just had the benefit of
watching the style of play that made Keighley Cougars miss promotion
to the Super League.

Of course I am talking abou the test series against New Zealand.

The style of play was just like watching the Cougars!!!

So count your blessings you will not have to see it next season!,
unless it PARIS!!! you are playing.

By the way can anyone explain how RELEGATION will be decided if
Superleague is set up as a conference system similar to American
Football?

All the best

I read in yesterdays Sunday Mirror that both Leeds and Wigan were
interested in Larder. God only knows in what capacity!!

Leeds have enough trouble without adding Phil Larder's expertise. :-)

And now Leeds are under the "Union" wing with Mr Hetherington in
charge  Well!!!!

By this time the Eagles MAY have Phil Larder in charge or maybe he
will be chief executive at WIGAN!!!!!!

Probably at Sheffield but watch for GT BRITAIN performances, (Similar
to Cougars) being played at Bramall Lane!

By the way does anyone know the relegatio format?

That's simple. Nothing is announced before the season is at
least half over, then Uncle Mo looks at who is at the bottom
of the Super League, and who is at the top of the First Division.
If there is a team he wants heading Div. 1 (e.g. Hull) a
promotion place will be made available. If the team at the
bottom of the Super League is also a team he wants (e.g. Paris)
then there will be no relegation. If Keighley are heading Div. 1
he announces that there will be no promotion/relegation. That
at least will show consistency with previous years.
