Why are Saints supposidly interested in the Wolves(??) player? I'm a Saints
fan myself and I can see no useful position for him at all. Instead, why not
use the money offered (in the form of transfer & contracts) to Bobbie, Steve
Prescott (and all the other whingers!) in order to keep the team upto scratch.
Or am I just being silly?

The funding for the Harris deal is coming from the local business community.

Surly these players and their managers must realise that there is no
money left in the game. Almost evey club is on the verge of going under.
