Phil Larder - are you watching!

Dear Phil,

Why are we pissing around with RU wanabees like Harris when
we have a perfectly good "World Class" stand-off playing right
under our very noses.

I've said it before and I will say it again Tommy Martyn IS the
best stand-off in Britain, the sooner we get him on that tour
the better.

I'll pass the print out of this letter on to him, I'm sure he'll be impressed with your managerial
qualities:)

If you do - tell him not to forget about Karle "The Hammer" Hammond as well :)

What??  Come on, Tullett is a good player, but not a great player?
Have you had one too many cans of the amber nectar?

I dunno - my overriding impression of Martyn is that he comes
on with five minutes to go and scores a try to snatch victory
from yet another team who deserved to win against Saints.
He doesn't stick in the memory for anything much else.  I
realise that this is a one-dimensional view of a multi-
faceted game but Tullet OTOH impresses more and more each
        game AND throughout each game.

P.S.  London will be champs next year - they'll walk it :-)
