It was a great night for Townsville, a great night for
Australia and a great night for World... OK, maybe a bit overboard but
you'd think we'd won the premiership the way the crowd went on after the
game. Clapping, singing, dancing in the ilse, probably still 13,000
there fif*** minutes after the hooter, Great Stuff! And to make it a
truly wonderful weekend the Bulldogs made it a double by knocking off
Parra (or a triple if you count the Rooster's lose to St George). I'm
feelin quite happy with the world at the mo'.
There is some doubt over whether Newcastle would have got the
points even if they had won. The local radio station covering the game
were sure that there had been an interchange blunder involving Robbie
McCormack. Something to do with his reserve grade game before the main
game (maybe he didn't play the full half game required in Reserve Grade
before becoming a reserve for the Firsts). Anyway, look out for a $10,000
fine heading the Knights way if this is proved right.

Yes, NQ were definitely the better side on the night. Congrats.
We're going to miss Andrew Johns.

: Where's he going?  I haven't been following the gossip lately...  What
: are the likely major player movements for next season for the Knights?
:
: - Jase.

He's not going anywhere, he was just suspected of having fractured his
collar bone in Origin 3. Thankfully, he's alright.
