Halifax money grabbing Bastards

I heard Wednesday, but it's in the local press today that Halifax are
increasing the gate prices for the game against the BULLS by 2.  They are
also making the game all ticket as Thrum Hall's capacity is only 7,500.
This apparently, but it doesn't say it in the press, is to generate revenue
for the proposed development of the Shay.  The prices may also be increased
for other "big" games when they expect a large crowds.

As the Halifax v Bulls game is on SKY they stand to make an extra 20,000.
It would serve them right if fans stayed away and watch it on the box.

Also Halifax will probably move one of their WCC matches to the McAlpine
Stadium.

They do that at football now....at Man City they catergorise games
into A B and C groups....you pay a meaty whack for grade A games like,
ooh, Bolton Wanderers but when mighty Grimsby come to visit you can
get in for approximately 40 pence....

Good old Nationwide League footy!
