80-0

I have one thing to say - BRIAN JOHNSON OUT!  Johnson, you have no excuse.

Warrington get a grip otherwise in 1997 you WILL be playing first division
rugby.

Up the Wire!

Disgrace wasn't it. So much for the highlight of your season. Bastards.

: 80-0

Records:

The worst Warrington defeat ever - previous record was
Hunslet 68 Warrington 14, 10th April 1928.

Its not a record score for St. Helens which still stands
as 112-0 against Carlisle, 14 Sept. 1986.

Apparently its the biggest score/winning margin for this
stage of the Regal Trophy but I've no method of checking
that.  Its a long way short of the biggest score/winning
margin for all rounds of the Regal Trophy which still
stands at Huddersfield 142 Blackpool Gladiators 4 (and
Barrow 138 Nottingham City 0) both in the first round
last season.

Also Bobby Goulding passed 1000 career points total.

All the best

NO keep him. As a saints fan, I was more chuffed with the Nil than the
Eighty.

I just hope that, on the eve of the superleague, Saints can beat
Wigan ( sorry, or Leeds) in the final. Come on lads, just for once !
Seriously, though, a Leeds - Saints Final would do no harm at all in
raising interest in the non RL regions. See what you can sort Maurice
!!!
