Anyone interested in College & Pro Football Programs in very good
condition, please contact me. I have approx. 50 different ones, mostly
college programs.  A few are listed below.   These things are really
interesting with all the old ads,players & coaches, etc.   Interested ??

#1  Northwestern vs College of the Pacific  Oct.26,1946    V.G.  72 pgs.
Amos Alonzo Stagg, Dinah Shore featured,,,,lots of ads.   Some writiing
In & on book, small paper tear one page.

#2  Great Lakes vs Ohio State  21 Oct.1944  v.g. 36pgs.
 Paul Brown, military,coke,cigarette ads.  Some writing On & in book.

#3  Harvard vs Yale Nov.23 1946  v.g.   68pgs.  Robert Kennedy,
color cover & back,,some wear on edges  overall v.g. condition.

Professional Football Programs

#1 Packers vs Bears  Nov.9,1947 Wrigley Field  ,,,,full color 2pg ad for
Chesterfields Cigarettes with Perry Como & Jo Stafford.  Green Bay Coach
Curly Lambeau.   Overall V.G.cond. ?" tear front cover.  36pgs.

#2  Browns vs Dons Oct.20,1946  Cleveland Stadium   v.g.  48pgs.
Some wear & writing on book.
#3  Browns vs 49ers Oct.27,1946  Clevland Stadium  good, 48 pgs.
Some marks, wear & fading.
#4  Browns vs Los Angeles Dons Oct.12,1947  v.g. 54 pgs   full color
2pg ad w/Como & Stafford (Chesterfield Cigs.)  minor wear & some
mildew spots on edge of cover. Overall nice book,  Very Good

Not many people realize it, but Dinah Shore to this day remains the career
rushing leader for Northwestern.  And that was in the days when they
couldn't play freshmen.

You've never heard about those classic gridiron wars that NU and High
School of the Pacific had back in the 1920s? I think Kate Smith and
Betty Boop were both 1000 yd rushers for Pacific back then. Betty used
to pick up a lot of backfield in motion penalties though.
