LSU lost somewhat convincingly to a good gator team.
USC lost in OT to a not so good Cal team in a flook.
OU got their asses handed to them, and were not in this game at any point
in the second half.

Great teams never lose a game before halftime, and if they're losing
badly at the half, they at least make a showing at a comeback in the 2nd
half.

The okies didn't.

3-3 Gators that was unranked at the time.....

Cal 7-6
Florida 8-4

And at the time, ND beat a top 5-ranked Michigan team in 1998.  At the
time means less than shit to me.  What means something is what you did
over a season.

Your point?  Cal over USC in OT was a flook.  And I sure as hell don't
like USC.  Florida did well to beat UGA.  And that was a bit of a flook.
And I like neither UGA nor UF.

I notice you have no answer to this. So it would appear you have no
point.

Over the season UF did 8-4, not exactly a barn burner. One more win than Cal,
big f'n whoopdi doodi.

If ND were 7-6, they'd be playing in the Suger Bowl!

Huh? I watched the game, don't need you to tell me what I saw. For the record,
the game was well over before the 2nd half.

One more win and two less losses against better competition.

Give it a rest.
