Wish You well by David Baldacci is a sideways step for this mystery
writer.  This is a ready-for-hollywood story of life in the mountains
of south-western ***ia right before WWII.  A real page turner that
will bring you to a site most other stories ignore.  Excellent
character development!  The descriptions of farm life and work reminded
me of Steinbeck's "To a god unknown".
