Agreed.  I don't know who else Fleischer has in mind, but only U$C would
qualify, imo.  Cal, maybe.. but they got obliterated in Tennessee.

That and there won't be enough lustre on Cal even if they nuke USC.   It
would take a repeat of 2001 with a string of teams ahead of Cal falling one
after the other for the Bears to get in.
