He had the opportunity to. His first foot was clearly inbounds, and all he
had to do was drag the other one. The drag technique is taught to all
high school, college, and pro recievers, to be used when near the sidelines,
or at the end of the end zone. I'm sure Art thought he was inbounds, but
wishes that he had dragged the toe.
