...and the Secondary Eastcoast Conference only plays with themselves

Your button is stuck.  Not that I disagree with what you say, but you
need to learn to say it in different ways without having to succumb to
the tired "cut and paste."

The SEC has a 4-4 W-L record this year against BCS conference schools:

SEC Wins:

Arizona State
Clemson
Louisville
Miami (FL)

SEC Losses:

Georgia Tech
Texas
Wake Forest
UCLA

And the SEC still has six OOC BCS opponents left yet to play:

Clemson (again)
Duke
Florida State
Georgia Tech (again)
Wake Forest (again)
West ***ia

I'll reserve my judgment on the strength of the SEC until after those
six games are played.
