Question about Army/Navy/AFA

Post by dmd » Mon, 08 Dec 2003 14:12:54

How are they able to pay their cadets a salary ($4,500ish, if I'm not
mistaken), and still have them eligible to play in the NCAA? Do they have a
specific exemption, or is it classified as scholarship or something?
