Cannot verify, but according to a talking head on ESPN radio, *no*
team has made, much less won, the Super Bowl averaging less than 26
rushing attempts per game.....

Don't forget to just say NO to playoffs

I can verify that stat.
http://www.superbowl.com/xxxvi/rankings/rushattTM.htm

The site compares the regular season stats of teams that made the
Super Bowl.

The team that set that all-time low of 26/game,not at all
surprisingly, was last year's Saint Louis team. What makes the 2001
Rams more maddening: a 4.9 yards/attempt average, the highest of any
SB team since the 1973 Dolphins. If it's working, why stop? The only
team to ever win a Super Bowl while running less than 29/game ... the
1999 St. Louis Rams.

The top 7 in pass attempts/game ... all lost.

I'm sure you'll find some interesting things to report back to us on.
