Another way to give your D a rest is to let your punts be either
blocked or run back for touchdowns.

Did you see the way Vick was avoiding defensive lineman that 99% of QBs
wouldn't even see coming?

This was Va Tech. They racked up incredible yardage on the ground and had
many more long *drives* than FSU. FSU, on the other hand, chose to score in
big plays and on special teams. And FSU won.

How about the only freshman quarterback to lead the nation in passing
efficiency with a 180.4 rating? Having  4.33 speed in the 40 and being
faster than anyone on either team that was playing yesterday, benching
320 pounds, squatting 500 and keeping VT in the game for 3 quarters
against a team that is known for destroying teams. Hell, the game broke
open only after FSU scored that last touchdown. The game was up for
grabs until then. Hell, VT came down from 21 points down against FSU to
take the lead...how many teams can do that? I was voting for Bowden and
FSU, but I have to give Frank Beamer and the Hokies their credit. Vick
finished 3rd in the Heisman balloting, but it wouldn't surprise me if he
is the frontrunner for next year's ballot. Hell, I think Vick ran up
more yards on the ground than FSU gave up on a average basis this year.
Without Vick, the Hokies wouldn't be playing for the national title. He
made the Hokies a better team. Corey Moore was a non-factor last night.

I thought this line might make more sense standing on its own, but it
doesn't.
