1) The obfuscation, stonewalling, and deceit by the Bush Administration
in the investigation over the leak of a CIA operative's name and cover.

2) Their lightning-fast call for investigation over the revelation of
the existence of virtually recycled Gulag-style America-run prisons in
Eastern Europe.

So... some leaks are more equal in others? Jim Crow laws for CIA
leaks?
