: that's great, except that NO ONE was picking miami to win against new
You're quite wrong. For one, Miami was a 3 point favorite to win, and most
people(perhaps everyone) here picked the Dolphins to beat New England.
FWIW, I picked Miami, 24-17.
: everyone kept saying that bledsoe was going to throw all over the
: dolphin's weak secondary(which, btw, has nine (9) interceptions for
: the first three games.)
Who's "everyone"? Just curious. Because the "everyone" surely weren't
here deep in the heart of Dolphin country. If nothing else, there was
more of an emphasis on stopping Curtis Martin than worry and dread
over Bledsoe(and besides, outside of Coates, who got constantly double
teamed at the line of scrimmage, who could he throw to? Shawn Jefferson?
Maybe....if he hung on to the ball....which he couldn't before he got
: sure, the other teams weren't good teams, but it's not the dophin's

I know, but that's not the point. The point is, Coach Hairspray's squad
has fattened up on three poor to abysmal teams so far(though I don't think
the Patriots will be in the top 5 for next year's draft). He's not a
genius....he's just a coach for a team that has lucked out with a simple
I agree with Scott....beating New England, Arizona, and the Jets isn't
an overly impressive feat. If they can beat the Colts, I know my own
view of the Dolphins will change a bit, but for now, I see them as
somewhat unimpressive, too.
: yes they were expected to beat them and did so handedly.
But this is a direct contradiction to what you said, though. You
emphatically claimed that no one felt Miami would beat New England, but
now you say that they were indeed expected to win these games.
At least here you're correct....but weren't before.
: the jets games was not really as close as the score said. three jets

I agree with this, but you being a Dolphin fan, you should know the
history these two teams have head-to-head(i.e., a lot of high scoring
games). Somehow, I couldn't have imagined you sitting comfortably through
: as for the colts this monday, even though i'm a dolphin fan, i think
: the colts may win this, though it should be a good game.
Agreed. Except I think the Colts *will* win this game.
