It IS optional if you bothered to read past the headline.  I dont have a

look at this from the future. these Madison Avenue designed conflict
names are an insult to real wars. we as Americans need to quit
worrying about the window dressing when the house is built out of
cards.

Americans need to go back to what we were best at speaking directly
and clearly.

that said, I've been sending resumes off to public affairs offices :-)
