Hi! My name is Jo?o Monteiro and I train a team here in Portugal.
After the Summer vacations,at the begginning of the new season, I was faced with a major problem, my best swimmer(a girl) increased her weight in 7kg.
Her weight is now 57kg, and her height 152cm. In December and in February she will have two major competitions. What i would like to know is if there is any special diet for her to do in order to regain her shape with no negative influence on her training and special preparation.
I would like you to give a tip on what kind of diet she has to do during:? her hard training,? her tapper, ? her competitions.
