 Many thanks to the person who mentionned the potential value of alternate
 breathing ( i.e. 3,5 or 7 breaths on one side, 3,5 or 7 on the other ).

 I tried it yesterday at during the easy to moderate part of my Masters
 workout.  I noticed that when I switched back to one-sided breathing
 during the hard part, I had better body position, and thus was going
 a bit faster than usual for the same amount of effort.
