CHINA'S OLYMPIC SWIMMING CHAMPION IS BACK IN THE POOL
Chinese Olympic 5,000-meter swimming champion Wang Junxia has returned to
training after being sick for most of this year. She had contracted a
nervous disability and had suffered severe headaches, state media said.
Wang said the Chinese team's poor performance at the most recent World
Championships in Athens was one of the reasons she decided to go back to
work.

Wang is not a 5000-metres "swimming" champion, but an Olympic champion in
track (running).
