Sport Today

Hi - I looking for a little bit of program direction.  I used to be a
competitive swimmer in high school and for 6 years before that.  Now
that I have graduated from college I am looking to get back into the
sport, not just a lap swim here or there.  (I have stayed in good
shape.  I was a rower in college.) Could anyone point me to a program in
the Arlington or Alexandria area of ***ia?  Thanks.
