 Hello, I was hoping somebody would have some suggestions for me...I
swim for my college (nothing real serious, it's fun, challenging, and great exercise),
and this summer I work and go to school, so it is hard for me to find the
time to workout. There's a gym at my work so, I have been lifting weights, but not
for strength, mostly toning, and I've been doing stairmaster. I do push ups and
minimal sit ups. I don't know what else to do since I don't have time to get in the
water. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :]

If I can't get into a pool :-(, my favorites are cross-country skiing,
rowing machines, biking, running, ...
