First Set

4 x 50  on 1:00 Hard
1 x 200 on 4:00 Easy
4 x 50  on 0:50 Hard
1 x 200 on 4:00 Easy
4 x 50  on 0:45 Hard
1 x 200 on 4:00 Easy
4 x 50  on 1:15 MAXED OUT
1 x 200 on 4:00 Easy

Second Set

400,300,200,100 Kick,  Each one harder that the last

Third Set

200 Pull - Free
200 Pull - Choice
200 Pull - Free
200 Pull - Choice
