REQ: Opinions on Wet suits

I'm in the market for a swimming wet suit.  I've sort of narrowed it down
to the Ironman Triathelon sleeveless.  I'd appreciate it if anyone could
recommend a good product or indicate which ones to avoid.

I really like my Quitanna Roo hydrophobic fullsuit.  Several months ago,
someone posted on rec.sport.triathlon their results from trying about
four or five different brands.  If I remember correctly, the QR was
her favorite, followed by the Iornman, with the others (which I don't
remember) pretty much failing.  You might get better results asking
over there.

I race triathlons in the fridgid Northwest.  I believe wetsuits give the
nonswimmer an unfair advantage in a triathlon but I finally broke down two
years ago and decided to join the crowd.  I bought a QR suit -long legs
and sleeveless- and it is great.  Best price was from Bicycle Sports in
La. - those guys are great help too.  Have fun floating.
