Main Set
6 x (200 free, 100 IM, 50 stroke)
  Swum in the following manner:
        round 1 & 2 - 200 free on 3:00, 100IM on 1:35, 50 on :55
        round 3 & 4 - 200 free on 2:50, 100IM on 1:35, 50 on :55
        round 5 & 6 - 200 free on 2:45, 100IM on 1:35, 50 on :55
