If the training area closes down for three months and swimming is reduced,
what activities is recommended for substitution training to keep level of
aerobic capasity and prevent more declination than necessary in strength used
Rowing, running, ...
(Training in other locations places where swimming is not impossible and will
be done, but what if this was not possible???
And even if this is done, time spent in water will be greatly reduced, so
supplementary activities will be necessasary.)
Athletes are mostly in age group 10 years and above, up to 17 or 18 years.
