Does anyone know where I can find masters national time standards by
age-group for 1996? If not, how about 1995?  

The Masters national time standards are calculated by adding 10% to
the tenth place time in the previous year's top ten times.  Therefore
if you have access to top ten times you can figure it out
yourself.  I believe that they will be published in the Jan/Feb
issue of SWIM magazine along with the entry form for Nationals
(although I'm not positive it will be Jan/Feb, might be Mar/Apr
issue).  Somewhere in the remodeling mess at my house I have the
entry form if you tell me the age group and event(s) you are
interested in I can look it up (please do that by private e-mail)
I can't type the whole thing in, sorry.
