Right now I can, if I stay relaxed, get across the 25 yards in seven breaths.
I alternate breath; have from the get-go. So that is about eleven stroke
cycles. At the end of that I am in a poor habit of not going back the other
way. I need to pause and relax a bit. I am not winded, but I am breathing
deeply at slightly faster than one-mississippi two-mississippi rate. I am
not holding my breath at anytime. I blow out my nose and mouth. I am not
trying to race across, but rather a slow, steady form with attention to
balance and glide. How to I break myself of this habit of resting for a
minute after twenty-five yards. I am fit enough to go continuously, but I
