I tend to dislike my coach under these conditions:

4 x (5 x 100 on 1:30, 4 x 50 on :50 Pull, 8 x 25 on :25 Kick)

*** Insert only rest break of the workout! ***

3 x (2 x 200 Free on 3:00, first pace, second all-out, 4 x 50 on :50
     non-Free, first 2 pace, second 2 all-out)

My method:  first two sets of 5O's 25 Fly-25 Back, last set
***stroke --- needless to say, my 200's all-out got slower.
Tougher IMer's (2, count 'em, 2) did 4 x 50 Fly-Back-***.

Recovery 200-300 yards

James, I'm gonna try this today.  I missed mu morning masters session
and this seems like a suitable punishment.

However, I am gonna bump the 25 kick to :30.  This part does not seem
in proportion to the other times.

I know -- I kick fairly fast and I was barely making it.
This was the fastest set of intervals:  the intermediate added 10
seconds to each (i.e., 100s on 1:40, 50's pull on 1:00, kicks on
:35).

By the way, since once you're done with this workout, you'll
psi with relief.  Beta watch out -- it's tough.  ;-)

Well I did it.  It was an excellent set.  The only thing I
did different was instead of 8 x 25 kick on :25, I did
4 x 50 kick on :60.

I did the 4 x 50s Fly-Back.  I wanted to do all fly, but the
pool I was in was too warm.

I would have preferred to do it with my Master's Team to
force me to push those 200s harder.  But at least I did each
one faster.
