If you are reading this, you probably already know about the housing shortage during the
1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA. We own the following homes and wanted to provide
 the following information for those of you who are interested in safe, clean, and reasonably
priced housing.

Home 1
Community: Town Center
Availability: Any length of time, starting from March 1995.
Bedrooms/Baths: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Jacuzzi and separate shower in master bath
Other Rooms: Large kitchen, huge greatroom with gas fireplace. Also, dining room and living room
Description: Beautiful two story, approx. 2500 sq. ft. , 2 car garage, ba***t, sec. system, fenced
backyard, great subdivision with swim/tennis/ Playground. Upscale Mall/Discount Stores
/Restaurants are within 3 miles. I-75 is two miles away and takes you right to downtown Atlanta
(Usually, 15 - 20 minutes depending on traffic)

Community: Dunwoody
Availability: Up to 3 weeks, during Olympic Games
Bedrooms/Baths: 4 bedrooms, 2 full/3 half baths, separate shower in master bath
Other Rooms: Huge gourmet kitchen, huge greatroom with gas fireplace. dining room,
living room. Two recreation rooms, office/5th bedroom and wet bar on lower level.
Description: Unbelievable 4300 sq. ft, has three levels when including the finished,
daylight "ba***t". Home has everything including screened porch, garage, deck,
security system, wooden playground with Fort/Swings/Ladder/Suspension Bridge/Slide/Etc.
In the heart of Dunwoody, one of the most desirable locations in Atlanta. Fine Dining and
Shopping is minutes away. Fantastic location: I-285 3 miles, I-85 6 miles, 400 6 miles. Only
minutes to downtown Atlanta. This is our personal home, and we will be out of town during the
Olympics.
