Hello Rec.sport.swimming,

My name is Andrew and I work for the American Swimming Coaches
Association in Ft. Lauderdale, FL USA.  As web site developer for ASCA
alot of swimmers and coaches have been asking if we would put a workout
section on our site.  I need you help in gathering workouts that I can
create this section on the web site and eventually publish all the
workouts I receive in a Book.

Looking for workouts in the following groups:
    eight and unders
    age group
    senior / high school
    college all divisions
    masters

The received workouts will be published weekly on our website at

and include your name and city,ST as I want to be able to give everyone
who contributes credit. Thank you in advance for your help and have a

Have you tried contacting Marianne Brems (you can find her here on the
net) to see if she might allow u to use some of the workouts in her
published book of swimming workouts?
