good day,

i am looking for pools, teams, coaches, etc. in the DC area.  i am looking
to get back into the water after a few years out of college.  i am still
unsure if i want to get back into competing masters, but want to get back
into competition shape.  i need something competitive but a bit more
relaxed than college swim practices (can't handle those 5500 to 7000 yrd
practices anymore, something more on the 3000 to 4500 range is fine).
anything in the DC, arlington, bethesda area is what i am looking for.

There are 3 major teams in DC itself.  Bethesda has at least two teams
that I'm aware of and Arlington has several teams in its immediate area.
Please email me and we can talk more specifics about each of the teams.
