Just wanted clarification on which is correct as it pertains to stroke count in
Laughlin's Total Immersion:

    A)  A stroke is a single arm movement
    B) A stroke is a cycle of two arm movements

Total Immersion counts stroke by the number of hand hits.  Every time a hand
completes a stroke and re-enters the water, count 1. A stroke's a stroke and a
cycle's a cycle!  Count on!
