Points workout - followup

Post by Brendan Leit » Sat, 22 Apr 1995 04:00:00

Thanks to whomever posted that points workout earlier this week.
I gave an adaptation of that workout to 3 of my 4 groups Wed.
evening and most of them dug right into it and worked really hard.

They worked so hard that I am giving them an easier drill/technical
workout this evening to let them recover.

You are welcome, but thanks mostly go to our Coach Peter Motekaitis who
wrote the workout, glad I could help by posting it!  Any super-high
scores?
