Carleton University (Ottawa) Masters Workout Thursday, July 28th, 1994

25m pool, 70min practice (6-7:10pm), fastest lane

Warm-up: 800m continuous as follows:                               800
     300m: ( 25fr, 25br, 25fr, 25bk, 25fr, 25fl ) x 2
     200m: fr kick
     300m: fr neg sp



300, 150, 75 swum: first 1/3 fast, 2nd 1/3 moderate, 3rd 1/3 easy  550

250 easy                                                           250

This is one of the better (i.e. harder!) workouts we've done
lately.
