Does any have any opinions, good or bad, regarding this sled. I am strongly
considering buying one. I just want to make sure its a decent sled
(performance/reliability).  Thanks in advance.

If price and condition are good, go for it. My wife rides a 98 583
deluxe, and it's a very cushy trail cruiser, much softer than my MXZ.
Not afraid to approach triple digits either. If steering isn't precise
enough, get rid of the pcs "wishbones" on the ski bottoms. It may dart
more, but steers much better without them if you ride aggressively.

Can't go wrong with the 583 engine. There were a couple used
'98 Formula Z 583 at our dealer  yesterday with over 4000 miles on them and
they both started on the first pull.  I own a '98 Formula Z 583 that runs
like the day i took it out of the box. Starts on the first pull every fall.
My dad just went and bought a '99 Formula Deluxe 583 and it looks like it
just came off the show room floor and it stared on the first turn of the key
with over 1000 miles on it. I say buy it!
