'97 ski-doo flooding

'97 Formula 583

2 years ago I had an enlightening expreience on my sled which resulted in it
being near totalled off.  Since it was fixed whenever I put it in my truck
(tail-gate up)it floods terribly.  The fuel is shut of and it still does it
every time.  It never did it before even with the fuel on.....It is using
way more fuel now and when I go full throtle for about a mile or so and then
let off ot will shoot a flame out the pipe(looks cool but it can't be good
for it) I took it back to the place where I got it fixed and they told me
that there was nothing wrong with it.

I would like any input regarding the following except anyone that is going
to tell me that I should buy a Polaris(had one), actic cat or yamaha.

Check the fuel pump.  Likely the diapham has a hole in it allowing fuel
into the crankcase via the impulse line.
