        Just heard of new Ski-Doo's being Blue in color and a very possible
780 Summit.    Also heard they are venturing into the ATV market next
year.   Anyone else have inside info?    Steve?

Scott,

I'll ber able to get all the info on the new Ski-doo 97 line later on in the week. The dealer show was this week-end in sunny Florida. Ha...30-50degree weather down there.

1997 Ski-doo's:

Mach Z now 796, Rotax type 809 (triple pipes, 3xTM38)
Mach 1 now 699 triple (new, triple pipes, 3xVM38)
FIII still 599 triple
Above are on F-2000, SC-10 chassis, hydraulic brakes.

MZ now available in 670/583/440/440 fan flavors.

Summits are blue, S2000 chassis

Formula STX now the Formula 583, S-2000 chassis.

Formula SLS now Formula 500 & Formula 500 deluxe (still no RAVE).

Grand Touring SE now using the new 699 triple, still blue, F2000
chassis with SC-10.

Other touring sleds are teal, S2000/SC-10 chassis.

Only low-line sleds have cable brakes, most are hydraulic now.

Cannot find any info on the trusty Elan.....
