Help please

I am an upper junior primary teacher and my class are currently undertaking
a survey of favourite childhood books. As part of their research, they have
decided to contact individuals whom they consider to be role models.

Amongst their choices are Torville and Dean.

I would be grateful if you would provide me with contact addresses for the
above.

Yours faithfully,

E. Cornforth - Panther

You might have better luck asking this question on
rec.sport.skating.ice.figure, which is more for fans rather than
practitioners.

Cheers, Fiona

My coach was Chris' first coach and she is good friends with both of them so
I should be able to get hold of their address for you.

Well, not wanting to boast but I believe he lives about 5 miles up the road
from me ... alternatively there was a few months ago at least a T&D website
which ought to have had some form of contact details.

Not Pat Arnold?  Where is she now?  Peterborough?

That's right. She's all over the place at the moment. She's been at
Peterborough for about 2 years since MK closed, though she should be
starting back at MK anytime (hopefully this week), she's teaching one of her
dance pupils with his new partner at Bracknell, although she hopes to start
teaching them at MK as it is about halfway between the two of them, she's
also teaching at a little rink in Sutton. She must spend half her life on a
motorway.
