I hate to start a thread like this, and please don't flame me for doing it,
but I hafta know--what is the best aggressive skate?  And I don't mean for
the money, either, I mean the absolute best...

overall i would have to say razor superflats, i used to have 5th elements,
which were great, but the cuff did not have enough flex. now i have salomon
st9 which i like a little better than my fifth elements because the cuff is
so flexible, but the bad thing is that the frame is too low to do topsides
very easily but i am planning to get a pair of superflats after i buy a
car(which should be in a few months) because i skated a pair and they are
just right for everything

This is a matter of opinion and requirements.  The top aggressive skates
are:
  Salomon ST9
  Razors Superflat
  Roces 5th Element
  Oxygen Argon
  Rollerblade Delux
  USD (any model)
  K2 SPB

All of these have diffenert characteristics, and corresponding strengths
and weaknesses.  For example, some people prefer a heavy skate
(Razors/Roces/RB) whereas others prefer a lighter skate
(Oxygen/Salomon/K2).  It's all down to personal preferences in the end,
and as such, there is no answer to the question.

i think the Salomons are great. they're comfy as hell, light, and have a low
frame for topsides. torques are really easy as well as souls and negatives.
plus i think they look good too.

the low frame takes away from topsides, but adds to torques
