US Pairs '97

Don't believe the rumors...all of the top 5 US pairs teams are still
intact.  I watched Stiegler and Zimmerman and Ward and Travis last month
in Lake Arrowhead where they are getting ready for the new season.
Stiegler and Zimmerman have an fast and exciting new long program.  They
have improved even since their wonderful performance at Nationals.  They
should be definate contenders in their international competitions and the
US Nationals this year.  I anticipate that they will be a top pair in the
near future.  Lyons and Wells are also together training in Colorado
Springs.

If I remember correctly, Steigler & Travis didn't have a side by side
triple jump, did they?  I thought the most difficult sbs jump they
performed at Nationals 96 was a double axel.  Does anyone know if they are
doing sbs triple jumps?
