I placed a order with Predator-Paintball last week for a RT with a Air
System. Not only did I get the best price around, but I got great
customer service. If you are looking to buy equipment I must recommend
Predator...      and no they did not pay me for this post.

I still think that mail order companies will be the downfall of the
local shop.

IMHO face to face sales are much more personal and give you a feeling of
not being "just a credit card number".

Sure , local shops may be a little more money.  And when the mail order
company could care less if the spyder you just bought leaks out of the
box, you can be pretty sure that if you would have purchased the marker
from a local shop that they would be willing to make it right for you by
fixing it on the spot. (and not charge you freight for their mistake)

I challenge any and all mail order companies to not charge freight on a
return marker when the problem originated from them.

Just my $.02 worth

I'd like to also add the fact that I wanted to save money on a deal with Oh so
I ordered a barrel and sent my COD to him to save an extra 8 bucks.  This
worked out great and I just recently got the barrel the other day.  That
reminds me, I forgot to email Oh and tell him that the barrel has come.
