From what I gather their finish is slicker, but they are not really an
improvement.

Militia groups make the FBI's job easier.  Instead of chasing
several thousand two to four man cells, all they have to do is
keep their eyes on a few dozen large groups.

I have a Ceramic for my Automag.. and it seems to perform as well as
any other high end barrel (DYE ss, SP, J&J, etc..) from the test
shooting that I've done.   Nothing extremely spectacular about it.
It's quiet like an SP, but a pain in the ass when you break a ball
(porting).  But it feels more solid than an SP, and about as light.
my 2 cents

I recently got a 12" perfect ceramik for my***er.  Shoots pretty good
and quiets the gun down a lot.  It doesn't clean out as well as my BOA,
but it isn't bad.
I haven't played with it much, though.  So take it as you will.

That's funny, my ceramik blows the paint right out of it and I've never
had to squeegie it. It is a 12" mag barrel and is VERY accurate. It is
well worth the price. I personally believe that it is better than steel
barrels by a long shot.

I am the lizard king......I can do anything......

My 16" Precision Products ceramic 'Mag barrel is pretty good, but I only
used it a couple times at the end of the season. Shot both Marbelizer and
PMS "First Choice" (leftover from Mansfield Lockdown  :(  -- No breaks :)

I wanted a long, one piece barrel -- and no complaints so far.

I have been running a Perfect Bore Ceramic barrel on my***er since the
spring and I am very happy with the performance of the barrel and would
rank it just as good a barrel as any of the others out there. I feel
that it is a worhty addition to any barrel collection. FYI for the best
price I have seen on these try ET Paintball Supply in NJ. I know that he
will mail order. You can contact ET at 201-691-1262.
