I just tucked away my boat for the winter.  I derigged and covered it.  Is
there anything else I should be doing???

This may be overkill, but:
Open all the ports and drains, make sure it's all dry.  If it hasn't
already frozen, take it inside (in a heated room if possible) and let
everything dry out before storing it in an unheated place.  The idea
behind this is to get water out of the boat so it won't expand and
wreck joints or laminations when it freezes.

Kind of depends on where you live.  We haven't seen above freezing for
about 3 weeks.  Next water?  April.

Use the winter to order any replacement parts, fix any squeaks, and do
whatever maintenance your boat's moving bits may need.

Hope this helps.
