If you are rowing in a single or double, you (or your partner) should have
received all of that info. in your packet quite some time ago. You can
also check out the HOT Charles website at hocr.org
Nevertheless, the info. that came with my packet says "entrants in
ltwt. events #s 9, 11,12, & 13 competing for 'lightweight' medals, must be
weighed in by the Clerk of Scales and MUST obtain a properly signed
official weigh-in form for presentation at registration. All ltwt. rowers
(singles and crew) just bring photo ID to weigh-in. All rowers in a crew
MUST weigh in together. Weigh-ins will be conducted on Saturday ONLY
between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the "Bath House" at Magazine Beach.
Coxswains are on their honor to meet prescribed weight minimums, and
therefore will not be weighed-in.
That's all the info. I have. BTW: "TRUELY NOT MEANT TO SOUND
'mean-spirited'", but is there a valid explanation for your inquiry,
i.e.: did you not get your packet? I can't imagine Becket Dent making
such a mistake!! Because we all must take SOME responsibility for keeping
track of our paperwork, particularly with THIS race!! Have a great
time!! :o)
