Chris:
The Concept II will be obsolete long before you wear it out. I have a model
C built prior to 1995 that was used by ***agers in a boathouse until I
bought it last year an the regional CRASH B trial. I replaced the seat
rollers, some of the internal pulleys, and the bungee. None of these things
really needed to be replaced, it turns out. I just did it to make myself
feel more like the owner of a "new" machine. The stainless steel runner
sometimes develops a "click" because it's not bonded to the beam and bows
up, or buckles somehow. I just run a little oil from underneath and the
click goes away. I could probably put some bonding material under there and
get rid of the sound entirely. I think that's what they did on later
models. So, long story short, you're never going to wear out that machine
at a 4 hour a week pace. Never.
I don't know anything about the Integrity 2000, except that it's not a
Concept II.
