Hi to all UK rowers, clubs and others.

EVESHAM REGATTA will be taking place on Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th of
May. We are pleased to announce the fact that we have once again been returned
to the bank holiday weekend. This means that all of those who wish to come and
join us for some serious partying and ofcourse some fine rowing will have the
Bank holiday Monday to recover !

We will be holding the 1000m events on the Saturday and the 500m sprints on
Sunday. The popular disco will be held in the clubhouse on the Saturday night
and it goes witout saying that the beer will be flowing freely. For those whos
hangovers can take it, our hard working ladies will be serving up fine English
breakfasts early on Sunday morning.

We are expecting another massive entry again this year which means that the
rowing will be uninterupted throughout the two days, with the winners taking
home our well known prestigious pewter tankards. The pots that we provide for
successful competitors change each year and although we do not know what they
hold in store for us this year, in the past they have included glass bottoms,
lids and brass handles - a pot well worth pouring your beers into!!

If you require any further information on this well organised event, please
get in contact with me and in the mean time please await your posters.

We all look forward to your entries and to be blessed with your great company.

Granth.
